Energy Investment Ltd is a fast-growing company providing tools and services to a number of business sectors. Through its educational division, educInvestment offers solutions to educational institutions that support learning and management. Client offerings range from School Management Information Systems to Robotics and Coding solutions based on world renowned brands.

We are now looking to employ proactive, dynamic and positive-minded Training and Support Executives to further strengthen our growing operations within the educational sector.

As product evangelists, the role involves training material preparation, training, as well as supporting clients to enhance the client’s overall experience.
The duties & responsibilities will be split into 2 key areas as has been outlined hereunder. Additionally, the successful candidates may be required to undertake other duties that may arise within the company from time to time.

Customer Experience

  • Actively manage the relationship with partners and clients;
  • Support clients in making the best use of supplied solutions;
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure requirements are met;
  • Proactively escalate any specific issues to Management to ascertain the well-being of our relationship with clients and partners.

Learning, Development and Management

  • Together with our business partners, identify training requirements based on customer objectives;
  • Coordinate and deliver training in a classroom type setting;
  • Maintain updated IT support resources and documentation;
  • Undertake one-to-one coaching and hand-holding sessions with clients to strengthen and facilitate the learning experience;

In order to fulfill all the requirements of this role, the following skills, experience and presentation skills need to be evident within your CV:

Educational RequirementsA qualification at MQF Level 5 or higher, preferably in the IT and/or education field.
ExperienceExperience in delivering IT Systems training or coaching in a client focused environment.
Strong experience working to an excellent level of Customer Service and Experience.
Previous experience in basic coding for robotics will be considered an asset.
Technical SkillsSound understanding of customer service approach and service monitoring through ticketing systems.
Personal SkillsPositive attitude, high attention to detail, constant use of own initiative and the will to succeed.
Ability to work to targets and measure own effectiveness.
TravelValid driving license and own transportation.
