Through its educational division, educInvestment offers solutions to educational institutions that support learning and management. Client offerings range from School Management Information Systems to Robotics and Coding solutions based on world renowned brands.

We are now seeking to employ proactive, dynamic and positive-minded Robotics Executives to further strengthen our growing operations within the educational sector.

As a robotics and coding product evangelist, the role involves training material preparation, training, as well as supporting clients to enhance the client’s overall experience.

The duties & responsibilities will be split into two key areas as has been outlined hereunder. Additionally, the successful candidates may be required to undertake other duties that may arise within the company from time to time.

Customer Experience

  • Actively manage the relationship with partners and clients;
  • Support clients in making the best use of supplied solutions;
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure requirements are met;
  • Proactively escalate any specific issues to Management to ascertain the well-being of our relationship with clients and partners.

Learning, Development and Management

  • Together with our business partners, develop and compile training curricula for specific audiences;
  • Coordinate and deliver training in a classroom type setting;
  • Undertake one-to-one coaching and hand-holding sessions with clients to strengthen and facilitate the learning experience;
  • Manage and coordinate robotics & coding activities;
  • Manage robotics and coding equipment supplies;
  • Develop and maintain social media based online communities.

In order to fulfill all the requirements of this role, the following skills, experience and presentation skills need to be evident within your CV:

Educational RequirementsSTEAM related qualification at MQF Level 5 or higher, preferably within the IT, Electronics and/or educational field.
ExperienceExperience in delivering training or coaching in a hands-on environment, to both adults and youngsters.
Previous experience in basic coding and IT based solution training.
Technical SkillsSound understanding of scientific and engineering principles whilst having sound problem solving skills.
Personal SkillsPositive attitude, constant use of own initiative and the will to succeed.
Passion for robotics, coding and programming.
Ability to coordinate activities, work to targets and measure own effectiveness.
High level of attention to detail.
TravelValid driving license and own transportation.
